No. Your store runs on our servers; hosting, SSL, backups and updates are included in every plan.
How do I connect my domain?
After you apply, we send you two nameserver (NS) addresses. You enter them where you bought your domain; it usually takes effect within a few hours. Don't have a domain yet? We can help you get one.
When will my card be charged?
Your card is only verified when you sign up. The first payment is taken after your 7-day trial ends, unless you cancel before then.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no commitment; you can cancel at any time and your store stays open until the end of the paid period.
What happens if my catalog grows?
You can move to a larger plan at any time. We let you know before you reach your plan's product limit.
Can I record the payments as a business expense?
Yes. An invoice is issued for every payment, in your company's or your own name, using the billing details you give at signup. Your business can record all of them, including the migration fee, as an expense.
Is the migration fee charged right away?
No. Our team first confirms the details with you; the migration fee is invoiced separately once you approve the quote.
